At Geparlys Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped box and include the provided RMA form to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
